A beautiful new apartment community has been built in downtown Raleigh on Wilmington Street. Its called Elan City Center and is managed by Greystar, a company known for their quality properties. We were asked to go and shoot it prior to their residents moving in. We love doing architecture photography so this project was a really nice one to get. We do a lot of building photography in Raleigh and it appears that there are a lot of these new communities sprouting up especially downtown.
